Customized LA Rams Color (Very Similar).  17 3/4" x 1 1/4" x 3/8".  These are customized EVA Foam Grips.  Preperation process is as follows.
 
Select a 3/8" Arbor
Cut grip to size
Push, not Pull the gip onto the arbor
Insert arbor into lathe or other rotating machine
Sand and Shape
Be careful not to overheat as this may affect the glue
Remove from arbor by pushing not pulling the grip
Select a reamer that is smaller than the opening
Carefully ream to the desired diameter
Never force a reamer into the opening
